Taxi Loan

Qualifications:

• 21-59 years old, Filipino Citizen
• Acceptable model 2003 –up as long as vehicle is in good physical and running condition

Basic Requirements:

• Completely filled up application form
• Photocopy of 2 Gov’t Valid IDs
• Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill)
• 2 pcs 2x2 picture

Major Requirements:

• Photocopy of OR/CR latest
• TIN ID or TIN Number
• Stencil of Engine and Chassis (To be done by our Account Office)
• LTRFB Franchise
• Proof of Income (ANY OF THE FOLLOWING):
  • Business Permits
  • Latest COE/Latest Pay-slip/Company ID (if employed)
  • Latest 3 months bank statement

Co-borrower needed if loan is 500k and above. (Spouse/Parent/Siblings age 21-59)

• Photocopy of 2 Gov’t Valid IDs
• 2 pcs 2x2 picture
• Marriage Cert if Spouse as co-borrower
• Birth Certificate of child (if live-in as co-borrower)

Other documents may be required as needed.
