Seaman’s Loan

Qualifications:

• 21-59 years old, Filipino Citizen
• Basic Salary should be 20,000 pesos and above

Basic Requirements:

• Completely filled up application form
• Photocopy of 2 Gov’t Valid IDs
• Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill)
• 2 pcs 2x2 picture

Major Requirements:

• Copy Passport
• Latest Contract with POEA Validation
• Copy of Seaman’s Book
• E-REGISTRATION ONLINE
• Embarkation / Disembarkation history from your Seaman’s Book
• Old Passport or Old Seaman’s Book is also required
• Certificate of trainings
• SRC ID

Co-borrower (Spouse/Parent/Siblings age 21-59)

• Photocopy of 2 Gov’t Valid IDs
• 2 pcs 2x2 picture
• Marriage Cert if Spouse as co-borrower
• Birth Certificate of child (if live-in as co-borrower)

Other documents may be required as needed.
